InvestorTrack Privacy Policy

This policy covers both InvestorTrack businesses run by Huseyin Sumaktas: Investor Track Mortgages (ACN 689 486 726) and Investor Track Property Investor Coaching (ACN 702 209 229). In this policy, "we" and "us" means both. Information you give us through our coaching ads, free guides and workshops is collected by Investor Track Property Investor Coaching. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).


Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We delete or de-identify information we no longer need.

 

What we collect
We only collect what we need. That's usually your name, email address and phone number. If you join a workshop or coaching program, we may also collect information you choose to share about your property portfolio, goals and finances, so we can tailor what we teach you.


How we collect it
We collect information when you fill in a form on our website or on Facebook or Instagram (for example, to download a free guide), register for a workshop, email or message us, or take part in our coaching programs.
 

Why we collect it
We use your information to:
• send you the guide or resource you asked for
• send you property investing tips, updates and invitations to our free workshops and coaching programs
• respond to your questions and follow up on your enquiry
• deliver the workshops and coaching you sign up for


Marketing emails and unsubscribing
If you give us your email address, we'll send you emails about property investing and our workshops and programs. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You can also just reply and ask us to stop.


Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us run the business, such as our email marketing platform, website host, form and CRM tools, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when you submit a lead form through them. These providers may store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We'll also disclose information if the law requires us to.


Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at any time. Just email us and we'll respond within 30 days.


Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll try to sort it out. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
